Kacy grew up in Kansas, completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Fort Hays State University. Kacy has moved around the country, multiple times, with her husband for his Army career.

When he retired in 2021, they fulfilled his life-long dream and moved to Alaska to settle down. Kacy been a nurse for 7 years, primarily working bedside. She enjoys spending time outside, with her family, exploring The Last Frontier.
